Our history
RCPM Industries is a company that is established and operates in the Northern Cape and South Africa at large. The company is a civil and mining contractor that aims at becoming a world class firm that provides support to clients. The company is 100% Black Owned, 85% Youth Owned and 15% Women Owned with the anticipation to bring about youth development and employment.
Our journey started with an intense interest in the civil and mining industry. It is our priority, and of great importance, that any civil and mining work done should be of high quality, while safety is our prime priority. That is where the company’s main focal point is. Majorly owned by youth, the company forms a great deal in youth development, especially core skills, such that today’s youth should have sustainability in their lives and pass on the acquired skills to the next generations. This is required to eliminate the struggles of poverty within the black community.

DIRECTORSHIP
Brian Ntlhaile- Managing Director (MD)
The company is managed and directed by a mining engineer, Brian, who has extensive skills in the mining and civil engineering. As a retired mining engineer, Brian’s role was to ensure the safe recovery of the commodity extracted. Through this process, skills such as engineering, surveying (practical and quantity), construction, management, problem solving, financial management and project management was obtained, making the director a key person to drive the company to its anticipated direction.
Kgosietsile Mmoloke- Director Business Improvement & Operations Director and Chief Operations Officer (COO)
Kgosi has a Master of Business Administration from Wits Business School, a BTech in Mining engineering from the University of Johannesburg and certificates of competency in Mine Oversight and Mine Management. He has over eleven years of expertise in production, business development, project management and business improvement in both the mining and construction industries. Kgosi is the perfect fit to lead the organization to achieve maximum efficiency.
